Perfectly Engineered Tubing

GMI has the expertise necessary to manufacture PVC-based medical tubing. PVC is a fantastic material for use in many applications because it is easy to work with and is a very easy material to clean. We use the plastic extrusion method to make our medical tubing, which can be either single or co-extrusion (where several layers of plastic are forced through at once). To maintain product sterility throughout the process, it is produced separately from other plastic extrusions.

From Oxygen Delivery to IVs and More…

Medical tubing is used to transport fluid or oxygen to and from a patient. Additional applications for this include feeding tubes, ventilators, catheters, cannulas, and IVs

Antibacterial Coating for Optimal Performance

Due to its applications, medical tubing must be sterile and hygienic for all patients’ safety. While single-use of medical tubing is good at stopping viruses and germs from spreading, the ability to sterilise and reuse it again is even more valuable. We can even extrude plastic medical tubes with an antibacterial coating for a longer-lasting sterilisation effect.

Depending on the needs and requirements of our customers, we can produce medical tubing in various hardness levels—from ridged to soft—and in various flexibility levels.
